  1. Introduction to Person-Centered Planning

    This all-day training provides information to assist LIDDA Service Coordinators and HCS, TxHmL and CFC providers to develop individualized and meaningful service plans that help all to “ACT WITH PURPOSE”. HHSC will provide the portion of the training that contributes to identifying meaningful and individualized outcomes for the PDP and Twogether Consulting will teach participants how to use those outcomes to develop Implementation Plans that are person centered. This joint training will assist participants to learn their role in helping individuals who receive services achieve their outcomes and the roles of the other supports.

  2. BRWM Illegal Dumping Enforcement Training 2017

    This is a 2 Day class. The class is provided by the Bexar Regional Watershed Management (BRWM) program, a partnership consisting of the San River Authority, the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and 20 suburban cities within Bexar County. Together with regional and statewide stakeholders and TIDRC, the BRWM Illegal Dumping Task Force holds annual trainings for law enforcement officers, code enforcement officers, city administrators, elected officials, and various other staff dealing with illegal dumping. Breakfast and lunch are provided on both days. Day 1: The laws that cities and counties can use to effectively respond to illegal dumping in their jurisdictions; Day 2: Practical aspects of using these laws as seen by enforcement professionals.
