    The Intellectual and Developmental Disability System Redesign Advisory Committee (IDD SRAC) provides recommendations designed to improve quality and outcomes in the Texas Medicaid program. The committee’s recommendations focus on improving the long-term services and supports systems for people with IDD. During the meeting, the committee will meet with the executive commissioner for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and HHSC’s associate commissioner for Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program Services. Other items the committee will address include: • Texas Home Living (TxHmL) and Home and Community-based Services (HCS) community attendant rates, • the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) settings rule, and • the IDD Managed Care Pilot and TxHmL carve-in.
