This is a responsible, non-supervisory position. Duties include program development, training and performance tracking to ensure AACOG, grant compliance and quality assurance for all programs managed through Military and Veteran Affairs; Operating and maintaining full working knowledge of the client management system software, which are Sales Force, FMS and My Evolve platforms; Ensuring all program report submissions are prepared and submitted; Reviews subcontractor and in-house data submissions for completeness and accuracy; Communicates with technical support and program funders as needed; Reports directly to the manager of Veterans Affairs and identifies all operational concerns with reporting; Ensuring that subcontractors and in-house program staff are trained to operate the client data management systems, including arranging for training from outside entities and; Serving as a resource for trouble-shooting  with subcontractors and in-house program staff as needed.

Analyze performance data; Pulls data and prepare reports; Direct quality assurance improvement plans; Create work plans; Maintains full working knowledge of Sales Force, FMS and My Evolve platforms; Ensures that subcontractors and the Veterans Directed and Alamo Veterans Network Programs staff are notified of monthly report submission deadlines; Reviews subcontractor and in-house data submissions for completeness and accuracy; Operates and maintains the client management system; Notifies the  director and manager of operational concerns; Ensures that subcontractors and in-house program staff are trained to operate the client data management system, including arranging for training from outside entities when necessary; Serves as a resource for trouble-shooting with subcontractors and in-house program staff as needed; Perform other job related duties as assigned. 

Desired Degree/Job Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration desired, Accounting, or a related field, plus at least one (1) year of responsible administrative experience, preferably in Military and Veterans Affairs or other Human Services programs or; High school graduate or its equivalent, plus at least four (3) years’ of increasingly responsible administrative experience, preferably in Veterans programs or in a similar human services program.

Other Qualifications: Working knowledge of client database technology; Ability to work proficiently in at least three (3) software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel and the client data management system; Ability to understand, apply, and communicate to others program guidelines and policies; Ability to establish and maintain effective cooperative working relationships with a variety of persons from diverse socioeconomic and political backgrounds and; Ability to access community resources; Veteran or veteran spouse required.
